Message: They were awesome! Being new to town, and not knowing who to go to. I called another shop, and was told to come on in and he would take a look at it. He was very busy, and must not have understood that I was needing brake pads. I showed up, and he was extremely nice. He told me to go down to Bobo's, and that they would take care of me. When I got there, the building is older, but coming from a place where places like that are usually the best, I didn't second guess it. I went in, and they mentioned what jobs they had in front of me, and how long it would take for each one. He then went to ask a mechanic if he could do the brake pads for me. The guy jumped right on it. They didn't try to sell me on anything, it didn't need anything else anyways, but to not be hounded by money grubbers was great. Their prices are better than some of the other places that I had contacted. They were truly great. Highly recommended them. With experienced mechanics.

Message: Awesome customer service. I stopped in with a tire issue and he was booked out over five days and I was leaving in two days. He offered me to leave my truck there and he would squeeze it in. Next day I picked my truck up and he didn’t even charge me for the repair. Sure appreciate him getting it fixed. Top Notch service.

Message: This tire store is in a great location. Easy to access from the east or west. Great customer service and friendly hard working staff. I came in without an appointment and I was in and out pretty fast. They are also very reasonably priced. I love supporting independently owned businesses. Especially over the bigger tire chain places. Definitely going to take all of my tire needs to this place from now on. Highly recommend.

Message: I normally don’t post reviews, but in this case I’ll make an exception after reading some of the 1 star reviews and negative posts. After my experience, I must assume that those reviewers are more accustomed to the Amazon or Walmart customer service standard, instead of the down home cooking service where a name and reputation are worth more than a dollar. So, after attempting to rotate my tires, one of my wheel lugnuts actually broke off in the wheel. Then it was stripped out to basically nothing in an attempt to remove the rest. And not just any wheel, but a 24” polished aluminum show truck wheel. After calling 5 places to fix, none would touch it because of the wheel setup. However, 3 told me to take it to Bobo’s. Never used the place, they are 45 minutes away from me, but felt I had no other choice. Took it there so they could look at it and I was assured they could fix. The owner worked on this thing personally, spur of the moment, between doing other jobs also. Drilling the stud out, trying to break it to remove the wheel, all this on my custom wheels and lifted truck. This was not an easy job, so much so that 5 places wouldn’t touch it. They then stayed an hour and half AFTER close to finish this job, replacing the wheel stud, and finished rotating the tires, only to have the same thing happen on the front. Luckily he was able to fix it also before it got to the point where I put the one other at. All with not one scratch. After 4 hours of being there and talking with him and the crew, we felt like old friends, they went above and beyond what ANY one else would have done. Especially at spur of the moment. Everyone was great, but they will tell you like it is, like it or not. And some people can’t handle that in 2022 I guess, and of course with reviews, you only have the reviewers side of the story. I couldn’t have asked for a better job, a better experience with my lifted truck, or better genuine people. I will not go anywhere else. They have made a customer for life, even if an hour away. And everyone I know will be told to go there. This old school shop is how businesses used to be run back in the day and are an asset to the community. There are very few left, sadly. And if you have a lifted truck or custom wheels, there is no one else that will do a better job. I appreciate everything they did for me and I would have paid double for the amount of work they did. Not one time did we discuss price, but I needed something done, so they knew they had me, and they could’ve charged me a million. I was not taken advantage of, I actually expected to pay more than I did, or promised anything that couldn’t be done, and left with new lugnuts they included at no cost so I didn’t have to order them. This is how businesses should be run, and what you don’t get from the big name chains. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you, BOBO’S!
